I’ve consulted with $100m home builders and I’ve consulted with people who just started their company the day before. The overall concepts are pretty much the same, the difference is in the timing and execution.
Best of all, and the real value I bring to the table is this; I’ve worked with hundreds of contractors a year, I have 20+ years of construction industry knowledge locked up in my head and I have seen every conceivable scenario you could come to the table with at least 5 times…this year! That’s no bullshit.
