The entry-level program is MOD4: It is 4 hours a month to discuss whatever you’d like to discuss, otherwise known as kitchen sink calls. Marketing, advertising, promotion, hiring, firing, sales. You name it, we can table it. It is a great way for you to do a weekly “brain dump” to put things back together for the next week and to have someone to talk to who is seeing the same things you are, but at a much higher frequency.
The next level is MOD8: It is 8 hours a month broken out into 4, 1-hour kitchen sink sessions and 4, 1-hour sessions where we can talk about specific aspects of your business. Sales, marketing, hiring, whatever we feel needs to be discussed, but we structure it each month so we know what we are going to talk about and we can plan for those calls.
Finally, we have the MOD12: It is 12 hours a month and includes both consulting and construction marketing services. It is broken out like this:
- 4 1-hour kitchen sink sessions
- 4 1-hour sessions on marketing, advertising, sales, promotion or new business development.
- 4 1-hour sessions to work on projects discussed during our calls. It can be anything from site work to content to ad copy to negotiating with marketing suppliers and vendors. This is the actionable part of our program.
New content, website changes, ad creation, copy creation, Facebook ads, PPC, whatever needs to be done, we’ll discuss it, then we do the work. Again, we can work on your site, we can re-write your brochure, we can design your Facebook campaign. We can interview new hires, we can work with your in-house or 3rd party agency or marketing company. We basically become your marketing department for the fraction of the cost!
What’s the right plan for you?
I always recommend you start with the MOD8, then adjust accordingly. Again, the MOD program is meant to grow as your needs grow. The MOD8 (and all the MOD plans actually) break out to around $100 an hour. If your time is worth more than $100 an hour, then working together is more than worth it.
